BROKEN RICE; Broken rice is just like rice used in pilaf and soups. The only difference is that it is not as flat and long as a grain of rice. Broken rice, like other types, is rich in vitamins and minerals. Having the starch needed in dessert preparation, broken rice is recommended to be used in desserts such as rice pudding, dolma and soups rather than pilaf.

TAT BROKEN RICE; is the broken rice that is separated from the harvested product, obtained by cleaning, peeling, whitening, polishing, classifying, re-cleaning and on-demand polishing the paddy in accordance with the relevant technique
