Einkorn bulgur is produced from the Einkorn wheat and is one of the rare wheat species with genetically unchanged wheat genetics. This type of wheat is grown in Turkey, Yugoslavia, Morocco and France, and in our country, especially in Kastamonu region, around Taşköprü, İhsangazi, Seydiler and Devrekani districts.
