COARSE BULGUR WITH VERMICELLI; Bulgur is a food made of wheat. This type of bulgur is more preferred in certain parts of Southeastern Anatolia and Central Anatolia. For our consumers looking for practicality, it is our product consisting of our bulgur mixed with pre-roasted vermicelli. It contains 28-30% roasted vermicelli and 72-70% bulgur. It is mixed carefully to ensure a homogeneous mixture when the package is poured. 

TAT COARSE BULGUR WITH VERMICELLI; is obtained by mixing the wheat, which is cleaned, cooked, dried, and separated from part of its husk, and roasted vermicelli in certain ratios in our state-of-the-art and hygienic facilities. It should have a distinctive odor and be free of burnt odor and foreign matter.
