WHITE ALUBIA BEANS; is a white colored, thin long grained bean variety. It is a thin-crusted bean variety. It is preferred for its flavor and used in cooking. It is mostly produced in Egypt and Argentina. Dry bean production, which does not have a high share in our country’s legume production, is intensively cultivated in Konya and Kahramanmaraş provinces, as well as in Karaman, Samsun and Erzincan provinces.
