STORAGE CONDITIONS

RED LENTIL FLOUR;  belongs to the legume family and is obtained by grinding lentils. It has a high antioxidant content. Recently, it has been widely used as a highly nutritious ingredient in a variety of food products due to its rich components. It is a nutrient-rich food, containing sodium, potassium, protein, magnesium, vitamin C, iron, zinc, calcium, vitamin A, B9 (Folate), B12, and vitamin D.

TAT RED LENTIL FLOUR; cleaned through pre-cleaning sieves, light grain and de-stoning machines, and precision-cleaned with optical sorters. After cleaning, it is processed through crushing rollers to be ground into flour.
