STORAGE CONDITIONS

It should be stored in cold, moisture-fee environments where the sunlight does not shine and in a cloth bag for long-term use, if possible. After opening the package, the product will last longer if it is stored at about 18 degrees in a moisture-free and odourless environment.

BEAN FLOUR;   obtained by grinding beans. Beans have historically been used in traditional dishes due to their fascinating nutritional profile and are particularly noteworthy for the vitamins and minerals they contain. They are rich in nutrients, naturally high in protein and insoluble fiber, and also contain iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and essential fatty acids. 

TAT BEAN FLOUR; cleaned through pre-cleaning sieves, light grain and de-stoning machines, and precision-cleaned with optical sorters. After cleaning, it is processed through crushing rollers to be ground into flour.
