WHOLE GRAIN BULGUR; which is extracted by only peeling the wheat without breaking it, is produced in a stone mill and contains 2 times the fiber compared to normal bulgur. It is an extremely delicious type of bulgur and its popularity is increasing day by day. The grain group is a mineral-rich, important and economical source of carbohydrates at the base of the food pyramid.

TAT WHOLE GRAIN BULGUR; is obtained by cleaning the wheat in accordance with the relevant technique in our state-of-the-art and hygienic facilities. It should have a distinctive odor and be free of burnt odor and foreign matter. It can be used in pilafs and soups.
