Store in a cool, moisture-free and sunlight-free environment and if possible in a cloth bag for long-term use. After opening the package, the product shelf life shall be longer if stored at about 18 degrees Celsius in a humidity-free and odorless environment.

BROWN COARSE BULGUR; It is a type of bulgur produced from brown bezostaja or brown golia wheat, popularly known as brown wheat, with a different taste from yellow bulgur. Its brown color is due to wheat, and it is not a diet product. Brown pilaf bulgur can be used in pilafs, stuffed vegetables and various other dishes.

TAT BROWN COARSE BULGUR;  is the product obtained by cleaning, cooking, drying, and when requested, separating the wheat from its husk and crushing it in our state-of-the-art and hygienic facilities. It should have a distinctive odor and be free of burnt odor and foreign matter.
