STORAGE CONDITIONS

Store in a cool, moisture-free and sunlight-free environment and if possible in a cloth bag for long-term use. After opening the package, the product shelf life shall be longer if stored at about 18 degrees Celsius in a humidity-free and odorless environment.

WHEAT FOR ASHOURA; It is grown in Konya, Izmir, Gaziantep and Şanlıurfa provinces of our country. Wheat for ashoura is used in our kitchens and in ashoura, and keshkek meal, which is made in certain regions of our country, and soups as well as some meals and salads. 

TAT WHEAT FOR ASHOURA; It is a product obtained by cleaning wheat in accordance with the technique, by boiling (if so, by being dried after boiling) or without boiling. It should be in colours varying from yellow to dark amber, and fluid. ıt should have a specific smell, there should be no smell of burns and no foreign substance.
