TAT rice is placed in water, washed and filtrated. Butter and oil are heated in the pot and rice is added and roasted for 15 minutes. After putting salt on it boiled water is added as to cover it like 1 inch. Lid of pot is placed and cooked with low heat. In another pan vegetabled sliced incube form are roasted, after the rice is cooked, they are mixed together. Dough thin is spread in a round glass bowl and rice with vegetable is poured into them and then covered with dough thin. Cooked in oven for 15 minutes.
